May 2020 Construction Update  

Estimated Completion: Mid-Summer 2020

The final touches are being installed at Residence 3 at the Providence building! Cabinetry, appliances, and countertops are set. The second floor pool and decks are almost completed. The light fixtures are hung and the team at Tracery Interiors is set to install the furnishings and draperies in mid-June. Contact our office for a tour!

November 2020 Construction Update  

Estimated Completion: Late Spring 2020

The Providence building is completely dried in with framing and sheetrock installed throughout.  Bathroom tile and the v-groove wooden paneled walls are currently being installed.  Residence 2 is the furthest along with painting beginning this week!  Contact our office for a tour.
